Brand-new rooms with a spectacular view, good beds, comfortable location.

Large breakfast with beer and lobster, for example for every taste. Reasonably priced, nicely decorated room with nice view, twin bed and standing shower. Convenient and perfect location near the mall, free parking nearby.

Great spot to stay, super clean, and the staff is so kind starting from check-in. 👍 the breakfast is delicious and really, really good. Plus, it's not too pricey.

Excellent breakfast buffet with a varied Indian and Chinese menu that changes daily. Attentive and professional staff. Peaceful and quiet environment. Plaza for shopping across the road. Kind and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city and shop. It is also very close to the International Airport, making it a great choice for those who don't want to rush for flights.

The service standards at the hotel have fallen, with some staff members being unfriendly and unhelpful.

The room itself was in great shape and condition with enough and largely quality toiletries, furniture, and facilities. The hotel staff were generally nice and courteous. The ground-floor lounge and breakfast place were decent and comfortable for a good stay, meeting, or casual chat. the lobby and restaurants still look good.

We highly recommend this hotel and its staff. Our three-night stay here was absolutely wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The view from our room was stunning and we were impressed with the superb late check-out and concierge service provided by the property.

This hotel is located in a central area of the city, just outside a modern shopping mall, making it incredibly practical. The rooms are well-equipped, with options like king size beds and double beds, and offer good views. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast at De' Cuisine is simply amazing, with a huge spread that includes freshly oven-baked croissants stored in the rotating oven.

We had a wonderful stay at Sedona Hotel in Yangon. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and city center. The room had amazing views of the lake, and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and the internet worked flawlessly. We would definitely choose this hotel for our next visit to Yangon. highly recommended.

The value for money at Sedona Hotel was excellent, with our Prestige suite offering fantastic amenities and beautiful views of the lake. The location was ideal, close to the airport and within easy reach of Inya Lake. The staff were friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were wonderful and the gym was excellent. The hotel is located opposite the largest shopping mall in town, very convenient for finding dining options. It is also close to all the attractions of the city and is in a great location in the Bahan Township area. the breakfast provided a wide choice of options.

Staying at this lakeside hotel was a great escape outside of the bustling city center. the view from the elevators was breathtaking and provided a great perspective of the surrounding area. the well, maintained rooms had comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and were meticulously cleaned. the hotel staff were friendly and professional, providing exceptional service in everything from on, site dining to transport arrangements. the breakfast buffet was well, stocked and tasty. the gym, outdoor pool, and peaceful location were also outstanding advantages.

The prices were slightly higher than expected.
